Seeking an experienced and certified Cisco Contact Center engineer to provide technical skills that cover a broad range of Unified Communications and Contact Center disciplines and/or a particular technical discipline that is of significancePerform client consultation: Plan, design, implement, and support IP-based call center solutionsDevelop and implement the technical architecture and physical design of the networkAnalyze the existing voice and data networks and recommend solutionsFollow life-cycle oriented processes and proceduresTroubleshoot, maintain, upgrade, and provide solutions to complex hardware/software problemsAssist in the management of projects following PMP project management methodologyCreate and execute test plans to meet project requirements for assigned componentsProvide high quality content deliverables using the appropriate document templatesEnsure solution is implemented as designed to the customer s satisfaction and approvalWork with Professional Services Managers, Project Managers and customers to manage expectations and timelines to ensure expectations and commitments are being metProactively develops plans and activities to avoid problemsEducates the customer on solution as appropriate throughout the life of the project or service lifeKnowledge and Skill Requirements:Bachelor s Degree in Information Systems/Accounting Systems/Computer Science or equivalent is required5 years of experience delivering complex technical solutions including planning, development, implementation and supportHigh-end experience in Cisco Contact Center and Collaboration systems engineeringCapgemini is a global business and technology transformation partner, helping organizations to accelerate their dual transition to a digital and sustainable world, while creating tangible impact for enterprises and society.
